They came with partially cracked eye shadow and the pigments are not really nice

Why would you launch so many palettes and then never send out in a timely fashion? It’s been over a week and my item still has not shipped!! Focus on restocking and replenishing your website instead of launching a new palette every second week

I love the makeup, it rocks. It's cruelty free and eyeshadow colors are bomb. This time though, I had a really poor customer service experience. Due to a rep mishandling my order, I don't have my product and missed out on it and the associated sale. So sad!!

Have no idea what the product is like as I never received it. I am disappointed as it was a birthday gift. Colourpop was kind enough to refund my payment including the shipping and duty costs. I have only lost out due to the exchange

It has been over a month since I ordered. I still didn’t receive my things. Half way through the tracking number stopped working as well. If I knew it was going to take this long I would’ve ordered something else during Black Friday and save some money.

You ask for a review ? Here it is ! I bought from Canada and never saw it was un US (clearly wasnt popping). Ended paying twice the Price. Had terrible Time with custumer service. I dont like how they Treat people like we are friends xoxo at the END of every message when im clearly unsatisfied ans frustranted with the situation. I would have prefered to Return all the makeup and have a refund cuz wasnt worth the Price. Unfortunately not an option they said. PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR NEXT TIME ITS USD CUZ THE SUPRISE IN THE BANK ACOUNT AINT FUN. And stop with the xoxo crap please.

I waited over a month for my order, it didn’t arrive. Given an option to wait for replacements (may not get the items I ordered should it be out of stock) or a full refund. I obviously chose the refund because I may not get the items I want.
