The quality of products is amazing, but I have some issues with shipping service. That's why I giving you 4 out of 5.

I really like their products, and their customer service, but shipping to Mexico takes a long time!

Colorpop makes some good lipsticks. The product is as advertised, and it comes on dark with first application. It does smear a bit, but this has to be one of the nicer colors of lipsticks I've gotten in awhile.

My daughter likes and enjoys your Colourpop products so there is no problem on that end. However as the person who orders it for her, I find the tracking of your shipping to be horrendous.

Great product.only downside is when you purchase internationally there's no tracking after it leaves the us. Lucky I was home to receive my package. Products are great tho! So worth the wait.

It was a bit of a wait because i placed my order for the holiday sea son but it was completely worth the wait!! Love my colourpop!!!😊

Recientemente cobre unos productos y fueron enviados en un periodo razonable a Chile, sin embargo una vez llegado el producto al país se perdió, por lo que me gustaría que se pudiera mejorar la gestión logística del envió, para no tener que esperar mas de 2 meses por un producto.
