The foundation is not pale skin friendly. I am very pale and using their foundation it makes my skin turn orange and it's really unsettling. Also, when buying the wrong color they don't help shade match or help exchange fo the correct one so i am SOL. oh well. thanks anyways

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was missing a $5 eyeshadow and emailed customer service. Unfortunately I didn't realize the item was missing until I went to use my new palette. I had already thrown away the packaging. Customer service said they couldn't help me unless I sent a photo of the packaging slip and what I RECEIVED. First of all, I wrapped part of what I received for a xmas gift. Secondly, the box and invoice was thrown out before I realized the tiny $5 shadow was missing. So instead of taking a good customer's word for it, they refuse to send me the missing item. POOR POOR POOR. They just lost a customer.

I placed an order for an eye pallet and lip gloss on October 26th. On November 14th, I notified customer service that my package was still showing at a location in Texas as of November 6th. They told me to wait longer. I contacted them again on November 23rd, and was told they can’t do anything because it was being held up due to Covid. Today is December 7th and I have yet to receive my package, a replacement, or a refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I will never order directly from Colour Pop again.
