Came broken.

I never received my order. I tried emailing about the order and was told it was after two weeks. That there was nothing they could do. I have since filed a PayPal claim.

I had been waiting for the yoda pallet and i had 2 in my cart and removed one and finished my transaction. Purchasing only one yoda pallette. I got a confirmation number after i paid online and within 2 minutes after my order was complete and paid. I received an email saying my order is now being canceled, with no reason behind it.

So a day before thanksgiving i noticed i was all out of my canceler and went straight to colourpop to order one for me and one for my sister, i was about to checkout when i saw the shipping price and decided to wait for Black Friday to order more products to get free shipping so i closed the website page and went on with my day, on Black Friday i totally forgot to make the order. Days ago i received a package with the concealers i never purchased and two more items i didn’t even looked at them when i try to make the order, looks like the system took my information and placed the order without my authorization, i contacted costumer service and they said they can return or refund lol, i get their policies but what i don’t understand is how did they placed an order when i didn’t do it, i been sending messages and they keep ignoring me, on top of all that one pallet was damaged xD

Tried to order online but order was cancelled over 5 times. Asked customer service for assistance and was just told to try again. Called bank to see if there was anything wrong with the SEVERAL cards I tried using and they said that the orders were cancelled by colourpop themselves. No help was given to fix the issue so no purchase was able to be made. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I live in Canada which it says it can deliver to so there should have been no problem but they kept cancelling the order without explanation.

I still have not received my package and 21 business days have passed. At first I was intrigued by your product but your services are so poor I think I will go to other shops next time

My large palette that I ordered came with so much loose eyeshadow that it was a complete mess. My smaller coconut eyeshadow pallet had the pans literally falling out. I reached out to Colourpop about it and got no response. Cheap makeup with poor quality. Won’t be purchasing from them again.

Took a month to get one concealer and when it came in it was the complete wrong shade and looked nothing like the picture online. They don’t expect any type of return or exchange or refund. Save you money, go to ulta or sephora or morphe. Literally anywhere less.
