My The Child palette came broken and I've emailed, sent pictures....nothing!

Could not be helped first time shopping with you guys never again

Terrible company and horrible customer service. I will never shop with this company ever again.

Got my makeup and it was damaged, haven’t ordered in a long time. Probably won’t any time soon!

Worst customer service. Product came damaged and nothing was done for me.

I ordered a palette on the 29/10. This palette is supposed to have been delivered on the 10/11. Of course, I got absolutely nothing in my mailbox. I contacted the Customer Service, who basically answered to me “delivery time is long, wait for it”. Uuuh ok but did you read my message ? 10 days later and still nothing, I recontacted the Customer Service, who answered me the same thing. And after 5 mails of complaint, the operator finally accepted to resend the palette. This new palette has been sent on the 29/11. There’s nothing new on the tracking update since the 02/12. So I guess my palette is living its best life somewhere on the planet again. Concerning the quality of the product itself, I guess I’ll never know. But about the shipping and the customer care, I can tell you it’s bad af. Basically paid 10$ of delivery (almost the price of the palette itself).... for nothing. Just pass your way
