Everything was great, but my order didn’t need as much packaging as what was included. Smaller boxes would be great if it’s sustainable for you to make or purchase.

I love the eye shadow palettes I ordered. Most of them are well pigmented and fun. There are a few individual colors that are less pigmented than expected but otherwise I am thoroughly satisfied with the product.

Love the products, really nice. But communication didn't happen, right on the busy Christmas season, when you really want to know what is happening with your order. Also the website Hayes me and never lets me log on. The search engine needs tweaking, too. I put on "frog" to find "kissin' a frog," and it did not appear in the results.

The order itself is great! I love the products and I enjoy them. The delivery, however, took forever! We kept in communication throughout, and I had hoped they would arrive before Christmas, considering I ordered on the 6th of December, but they arrived in the new year... I would buys again, if I wasn't in a hurry, or a different month, but I didn't have a choice this time, as that was the day the product got re-stocked.

Greeeat products for low prices. I do wish they would realease less products (for the environment’s sake)

I absolutely love the gone coconuts eyeshadow pallet! My one and only setback (which may not be for you) is that i like to keep makeup as simple as possible and i think this needs an eyelid primer. I love that I’m using a makeup that was made honestly, without cheap chemicals, and not tested on animals.
