Once my order shipped(shipped a week after ordering t due to black Friday rush) it arrived pretty fast/according to the time estimate. There was however something wrong with the lock mechanism on my palette, so it will not close properly. I told them about the mistake but they called the lock mechanism a "decoration" and said that they do not refund money for damage to decoration thah happens in transit. I disagree with the locking mechanism being a decoration, and the palette was safely packed in bubblewrap so it had no room to be tossed inside the package so I don't think the palette was damaged in shipping. However these are details, the product works great, and blend very good. Would definitely repurchase. I am a little disappointed however that they used plastic packaging instead of cardboard paper.

The cost is amazing I can't believe how many items I bought with just 10 dollars But it's hard to find the right color for me since the pictures on the internet site does not show the accurate color Plus also the delivery really took long If the delivery system gets a bit more better, I think I will buy more often from colorpop

Great choice of colour palettes.

It's the first time I ever tried ordering make-up online and I usually don't really use make-up but I do like lipsticks and glosses and so on. I live in europe and I think that the package arrived pretty fast (less than 1 week) an I am really happy with the quality of what I've ordered and how it arrived (bubble wrap etc.). I was just a little sad because the actual box was a little bumped up but all in all, good experience! I hope colourpop comes to Luxemburg too, we also like your products!

I have ordered from Colorpop many times and I love their products. I especially love the powder shadows, lip liners, lux lipsticks & stick blushes as well as the afterpay option. I am a loyal customer.

The lipsticks are great! They go on easily and the colors are amazing. I wish there was more product within each tube, but other than that, they’re really nice.

Ordered on Black Friday and received the gift on Christmas Eve. I was sweating it the entire time! Products are great, but shipping needs work. Only order if you have 4-6 weeks to wait.
