I had ordered some makeup almost 2 months ago and I still haven’t received it. I spoke to their customer service and they said they had talked to the delivery service and they had told me my package should be here soon. I received that email two weeks ago and I still don’t have my makeup.

Very bad I bought some products and then when I paid didn't went trough, I couldn't paid and then it said something like "Faster" ..so now I paid for the product and $ 100 dollars more!!!! It is insane!!! No more with you guys... Very bad...una total estafa!!!! Eso no se le hace a la gente!!! So I paid almost $200 hundred dollars!!!

Compré 2 paletas que vinieron golpeadas. Ustedes las envían sin la protección adecuada en una bolsa de papel en vez de caja y sin foam protector y no aceptan el reclamo y uno pierde su dinero y se queda con productos golpeados por culpa de colourpop. No compraré más. No valoran a sus clientes y tratan sus propios productos sin cuidado.

They canceled my order!! Stating I cannot buy anything from them. So this is kind of crazy getting this. To top everything off my husband is active duty army with the highest TS clearance.

I was very disappointed when I recieved my palette. It was a mess. One shade almost looked used. I emailed you guys about and you told me you don't replace or refund when they're damaged. I really do love your products, the eye palettes are amazing but I'm very disappointed in the customer service especially since my palette was damaged and looked used

I received an item that was damaged and contacted customer support for a replacement. They told me that they wouldn’t replace it or do a partial refund because the damage didn’t affect the functionality. Who want to receive something BRAND NEW with scratch marks all over it? It looked like it had been kicked around on the floor. I was going to return everything I had recently purchased after this exchange, but the company doesn’t accept returns. So, ColourPop will no longer be getting my business.
