Pretty hit or miss, love some products, not a fan of others and 2 items arrived broken. Outside of the US I wouldn't bother, because you are going to pay a lot of tax. Still love that they are cruelty free!

The eyeliner I got came almost completely dry and didn't last more than three usages. I was however pretty pleased with the eyeshadow I got. Very pigmented and good quality for the price. With that being said, one of the colors was almost completely popped out and I had to gently press it back into the palette, and I didn't really like the packaging on it either. Overall, 1 star for the eyeliner and four for the palette.

I was disappointed when I saw that it showed in my facial pores.

I like the product, but I made a purchase and then there was an offer for 30% site wide......so I missed out on the sale.

I ordered 12 color shock shadows that go in a custom palette and only received 11. Customer service was very nice and replaced it right away. I was so excited to try them as I’ve heard how they were known for their pigmentation, but I wasn’t blown away. They were okay. I also ordered their tinted brow wax in brown, I really don’t like it. The texture is very stiff and the tint doesn’t show up at all. But I suppose, for all intents and purposes, it is a wax and it will lay your brows flat. Finally I ordered their mascara, and this was the item I was the most disappointed in by far. After only a couple weeks using it (if that) it became so crumbly that I had to throw it out. The lift was minimal and the lift it did give fell throughout the day. Really disappointed, don’t buy.

Overall the colors were what I expected in my ATLA eye shadows. But I was disappointed when the compact mirror didn’t actually come with the words yip yip printed on it, it was just a clear peel off dust cover over the mirror.

The products are generally good and all, but the fast fashion mindset of the company and all its frequent releases is just too wasteful in addition to being overwhelming.

I really want to love colourpop cosmetics because of the options and accessibility, but the quality is just too low, even lower than what the price would reflect. Everything I bought was barely pigmented, powdery, and the purple mascara flaked off within an hour. I didn’t try to return anything, they probably have fine customer service I just didn’t feel like dealing with it.
