Improvements necessary
cheap packaging, the shade names were not fitting for the theme of the palette and the shadow quality was poor.

My order was missing an item I ordered from colourpop at least 5+ years ago and the same thing happened. It was missing an item. I was told I would be refunded but that hasn't happened yet.

I didn’t receive some of the products that I ordered and one of them that I did receive came broken. I tried reaching out to customer service TWICE via their website and I also provided pictures, but I never heard back from them. Not even a confirmation email for my requests that I submitted.

Was super unhappy with the customer service

Majority of the products I received were great! I understand that living in Australia means shipping is further, but I received the Lucky Penny palette and 4 shades were cracked and 2 fell out when I opened it. The palette itself also appeared to have double branding printed on the front. While the shadows that remained still performed great, and I was able to (somewhat) fix the ones that fell out, I was disappointed that they were delivered in this state.

I made my purchase over the holiday season. Delivery took a while, but that was to be expected. What was NOT expected, was my customer service experience. I ordered a few palettes & a brush kit. Half of the brush kit did NOT come in plastic covers & my e-14 eyebrow brush was missing. I sent an email to request that it be sent to me and the customer service person who initially responded requested a picture of the items with the packing slip, clearly showing the packers initials. I informed them no signature was in the paper, and sent the pic anyway. They agreed to send my brush. However, I never received shipping information. Days later, I sent another message requesting further info and was informed that since I didn't receive it they'd send me a code to compensate. It was for $5. I can't purchase that brush for $5 nor will that pay for shipping. I was then told it was shipped, but there was an error with shipping. That's the shippers concern & I should contact them. It's now February and I STILL have no e-14 brush. I will not be shopping with colourpop again.

An item was missing from my original purchase. Customer service sent the item out after I reported the issue to them. While I’m glad the issue was resolved it was quite inconvenient to have to wait all the extra time of a second shipment. My packing slip shows a box where an employee should mark off their initials after validating the contents of the box match the packing slip; the box on my packing slip was left empty. If this step had been completed in the warehouse I likely would not have had an issue with a missing item to begin with.

The quality has gone way down hill. If you don't even get what you ordered then you get only credit to buy broken products.
