Another month and I still did not get my order. Could someone tell me whats going on? i ordered on january 26, have no nee info since march 19. Can I have my money back or will you deliver????

I bought two mystery boxes and I expected maybe some duplication but not two exact same boxes. Customer service horrible and no help. Will never purchase from again. Too many other brands with excellent customer service.

Mascara brushes for to large for any precision application.and on top of that the product was dry and clumpy could not apply smoothly at all .I was so looking for to this mascara because the colors were really pretty ,it's sad that I can't really use them .

I’m disappointed to know your company doesn’t allow for returns. This shows that your company doesn’t stand behind its own products.

Got a confirmation of my order and a few hours later it was cancelled. Colorpop is claiming to be able to ship internationally and i even spend over the amount for free shipping and then this happens. From what others write i doubt ill even get anything useful from customer support. Dissapointed, was excited to order from there

Love the products like crazy but OMG THE CUSTOMS WERE 70 EUROS. I had to pay the carier in cash two times cuz it came in two packages. Many people in Europe love colourpop and i think its time to ship here without those expenses and waiting.

It took forever to get here. The eyeliner is greasy and slips off.

Got lipisticks on sale. Buy one get one free. Those look fake Not original color.
