Lost package
Ordered from this site because I liked the colors on one pallet. Been waiting for my package since November 8th and have not received anything so I emailed customer support and they are going to replace the order due to being lost while shipping(tracking number never worked at all BTW). I dnt mind that. But what I do mind is they cant replace what I ordered so they are giving me credit. I wanted that pallet so bad it was the whole reason I ordered. Highly disappointed

I did not like the lack of…
I did not like the lack of communication and updated, also my whole order didn’t even come in and when I tried reaching out no one responded so I gave up. Color pop is a no for me !

No thanks.
I ordered a palette in November the 3rd and after a month and a half I still haven't received my item. I wrote to the customer service but they didn't provide any solution. Definitely a bad service for orders out of USA, I don't recommend it at all. I will wait for a European distributor to become a Coulourp consumer.
