They wouldn't let me purchase anything I tried 2 times to run my card and they immediately refunded my money and wouldn't take it and never elaborated on why they wouldn't ...

pallet rec stained and "dusty". alerted customer service, and was just told to "wipe it clean". so they were also unaware that the pallets base was soft and absorbent, not hard plastic. 10 out of 10, would not recommend ordering online. love the pigment of the product, but packaging is subpar and the customer service is AWFUL

I have been waiting for my package for almost two months and no one gives me a good solution, it is disastrous and horrible, I will never buy it here again.

I only received HALF my order and instead of sending the item or refunding my money they sent me a discount code that CAN NOT use cuz it actually raises the total cost of any order. They now REFUSE TO REFUND THE MONEY QUOTING THEIR REFUND POLICY. WHATS THEIR POLICY ON ITEMS THEY DONT SEND? DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEYLL RIP YOU OFF
