I had ordered two lipsticks for a Christmas gift at the beginning in November, early enough to receive it in time for Christmas. I received only one lipstick on November the 11th and the other is on back order. You are unable to ship out a back order product separately so you are giving me a full refund . I don't understand why you wouldn't be able to ship it out once you receive the product. This does not help me fulfill a gift for my daughter as this is what she wanted for Christmas. Not happy at all.

My purchase never arrived

I placed 3 orders for colourpop pallettes more than a month ago and still have not received the first one yet. I contacted DHL and they referred me to colourpop and vice versa. Nobody seems to help. I spent so much money for 6 pallettes and such bad customer service!!!

The blush is not pigmented enough for dark skin

You don't give any refunds, which is fine -- but you don't offer exchanges??

Took way too long

I received it pretty quickly considering COVID etc but when I got it, it was smudged and it looked in really bad condition. I sent in photos of it and I told them but they didn’t care. Told me to bad it happens sometimes. I live in New Zealand and it cost me with postage over $150 NZ to buy that eyeshadow palette. It was meant as a gift for Xmas but due to the condition it arrived in I could give it. I am a grandmother of 2 small boys and have a husband with cancer. We are not rich, in fact $150 is our food $ for a fortnight, but I’ve heard such good things about Colourpop and my daughter loves you guys, so I spent it. I’m so disappointed with the reaction I got. Colourpop really didn’t give a dam. I will never purchase from them again and sadly I have to give a palette that’s smudged and with chunks taken out of some colours as a gift next week. You should be ashamed Colourpop, not everyone’s out to rip you off. I just wanted what I paid for and went half way around the world to get, or not.
