Just drug store quality.
Eyeshadows don’t have much pigment & have no lasting power. Super shock came broken too. Disappointed, it’s just drug store makeup.

Missing an item
Missing an item. I emailed the company for about a week with no response. I however received a half of a refund.

You sent the wrong order
You sent the wrong order, I emailed twice to correct and to return the very large order sent by mistake. Received 2 automated reply emails finally after 1 1/2 months received the correct pallette - never received a return label for the mis-shipped items. Very poor customer service.

Never received my items or a response!!!
Never received my items that state shipped Dec 7th. (Shows zero movement and that DHL is still awaiting the package from colorpop) I live only 1 hour away from the ship location. I reached out to customer service and crickets. I want the items I ordered (over $100) and an apology for screwing up my Christmas gifts that I ordered over 6 weeks before Christmas.
