The quality of products are amazing for the price point which is why I continue to support Colourpop. However, shipping processing time has been inconsistent every time I have ordered off Colourpop. Sometimes shipping is very quick(3-5 days), other times it takes 2+ weeks to ship.

Color range is great. Color pigment is on point. But I do wish consistency in inventory was part of their policy. I've purchased color that I love and when I need to repurpose, poof, no longer available. Very devastating.

The colors were true to what advertised, excellent pigmentation, and amazing price only downfall is that they are very drying had to wear lip serum for two days after using the product.

I think that the products are the just the shipping takes a while and it costs double the amount of the product. But other than that I love it!

Products were absolutely amazing. Eye shadows were pigmented and blended extremely well. Eye line super thin and easy to use. Would give it 5 stars but I had such a hard time tracking my order and making an account. So I never knew when my order would be at home unless it was there.

Although I ordered a new release and I’m satisfied with that product. I was disappointed that other items I was interested in were out of stock.

The roller gloss is great! Sometimes the ball will get stuck and won't move, but then it works itself out. They shipped to me so quickly!
