My purchases kept being cancelled. My credit card company said it wasn't them, it was colourpop that was having problems processing the payment. When I reached out to customer support they took days to respond and when they did, little to no help was provided, therefore I was unable to purchase the products I wanted or solve the issue at hand.

When you deal with a “large company” out the door goes caring. When I had an issue with these guys they would send like a pre fab email that I knew a robot drew up and not a human. Blah to these guys.

My order was missing a 25$ item, I reached out to customer service more than once for a refund or replacement of my product and I never got a reply.

Awful supporting. Update: ok, it's been quite a while, but they've responded and now kind of sent me my items again. Of course, the ones that were already sold out, they couldn't put in, but they gave me a $ 22 coupon for that.
