I ordered my products on December 13th, the package shipped on the 21st to Mexico, and I received it only 2 weeks later. I was very pleased to receive it in 3 weeks, which might seem like a lot but it was during the Holidays so I think it was great. The products arrived without outside damege, however one of the lipsticks is not properly inserted in the tube, it falls down if you put it upside down. The QC could take note on this.

The products are wonderful and mostly worth the money but the delivery process could be better. With estimated delivery times when choosing your delivery preference, and a better system when informing the customer would be nice. Overall I really like colourpop.

I love that the product is not tested on animals and the color varieties are on point. Really cool collections on the site. I do hope to see colorpop invest in some more sustainable packaging ideas since these palettes are produced so rapidly and most people use it for a season and then move on. I think that the packaging should be something more recyclable.
