I was very unhappy with Colourpop cosmetics. My products came in fine and in good shape... but the customer service is TERRIBLE. They refused to understand what I was saying and wouldn’t help me apply a discount that wouldn’t work. I sent way too many emails to try and fix a simple problem. I won’t be purchasing from them again because they people were rude and refused to assist me. They makeup is ok in quality for its price but I believe the morphe pallets are better quality and still priced fair. On Colourpop you are basically paying for the cute packaging and Disney/other themes of the makeup in terms of shadows anyways, because that’s all I’ve purchased from them. Also my problem was never solved as I was brushed off to many times.

I ordered and paid for 2 Stone Cold Fox Palettes. Only received one.

Will never order from here ever

I never had such horrible customer service. I sent an email in regards that I have two palettes of the same colors and never ever have you gotten back to me. Will never buy from you again

Order placed on November 12, shipped on November 19, arrived until January 6th, and the order was incomplete. So disappointed

I was supposed to be getting my pallete December 4....it is Dec 25 and i did not get the pallete. My friend did not get her gift. I asked for them to look into it a week before christmas since it didnt make it to me and all they said that its in the mail. My tracking info made no scence because it came close to my city but then went backwards. The postal office cant find it and has requested the company to contact them. Their responce time is 48h so i wont get any answer till dec 30 IF IM LUCKY...im so offend at their responce when i asked to look into the matter...its in the mail...YA WHERE?!?!?!?! I paid for shipping with tracking...i got no product nor tracking

Package got lost, and then the product was out of stock, so it couldn't be reordered...as most, if not all, Colourpop products tend to be. The customer service rep who helped me was helpful, but it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Especially when I had to wait for the product to come back in stock, which took months. So thanks, Colourpop. Please, please, please upscale your manufacturing facilities. Your inventories have been sad and continue to be since my discovery of your company.

I’m a new customer and I’ve placed two orders with colourpop and both orders had an item missing. When I reached out to customer service I found out that the items missing are no longer available and I got store credit for them. Refund was not an option. I’m not going to use the store refund as I don’t feel confident in ordering from this company and getting the items I order actually delivered. Will not waste my money with colourpop any longer.
