One product was broken upon arrival😩

I loved it just the brush from the lip gloss isn’t that good but everything perfect. The package time was a little extended but it was okay. Thank you

It was really high quality products. Just the shipping was a little weird and confusing during the holidays

The products do a really good job! They're really pigmented and last long periods of time. I just wish the packaging was a little better, since that's one of the things I care about. I have got lots of tiny scratches on my products containers, although they don't actually effect the product itself.

Loved the products! Disappointed that the lip liner didn't last long, I only got a few uses out of it.

My items were all missing and opened before my boxes even came to me, so I guess they were stolen by somebody on the way of delivery. However, the Colorpop customer service is very helpful, they resend all of the items after me sending them videos of my empty box and the details of the items through emails. They’re really helpful and efficient. You just have to stay calm and be patient while dealing with this kind of situations, their customer service staffs are always willing to help you. Overall, their products and high in quality and they’re a great cosmetics company. Hope you guys find this review helpful. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I didn't actually receive my order, as I live in Germany and found out that Colourpop isn't actually allowed to deliver products to Europe due to not having been through the required legal processes for ingredient safety. German customs apparently takes a hard line on Colourpop packages, and so I decided to cancel my order. This was handled very quickly and efficiently, so in that respect I am very happy with the service, but it's a bit disappointing to be told that they ship to Europe when they must know that customers risk not receiving their orders for legal reasons.
