2 months and still waiting for the delivery

Wouldn't recommend. It's ridiculous that I bought an item and it went on sale the very next day, and I couldn't get a price match. Also that you can't return item's. It's 2020. You should be able to return anything. Especially within a few days of receiving the item. Bought a lip gloss and it felt super cheap. non of the substance would even roll onto my lips. With the service and quality of the product, I wouldn't shop here again.

I received the wrong item and contacted customer service. I sent pictures of the information they requested but still keep getting emails saying they want this information. Very inconvenient not to be able to talk with someone

I placed my order November 15th I didn't receive it till December 11th. Never again.

I never received my package. I’ll think it twice before purchase again something of Colourpop.
