I loved the colors and packaging but I feel the pigment just wasnt there.

I purchased two lipsticks from the Safiya collection, and they sent me one wrong shade. Normally not a big deal but they were a Christmas gift which made the gift late. Customer service was very helpful and I eventually got the shade I had wanted.

I had to reach out for ETA/tracking info and within a couple of days received confirmation. What if I hadn't inquired? Also, no customer service phone number? However, the product was delivered without further inquiries, in good shape, and my daughter loves the it!

I’ve tried the lipstick and love love love it. Colour last forever on me but.....lip liner, not so much. They came as a pair but the liner is way to light and I have to go over it too many times. Lipstick 8 out of 10 Lip liner 4 out of 10

Great but two colors that don't work for people of color.

The processing of the order is too long

I loved the product and all the colors. Shipping took too long.

The products ordered were in good quality and I was happy to receive them after such a long wait. The shipping took a bit too long for my taste though (longer than the 10-21 days shipping promised originally)
