Love the quality of Colourpop and that the pricing makes it available to so many people. My only minor qualm is the shipping time to my location. It usually takes about 3 weeks from order time to arrival. Not sure if that's typical, and I do realize orders to Vermont will take longer than to California. It's certainly not enough to make me not want to purchase, but just something to note.

Great colours and texture. Love then. Where a bit sweaty when they arrived but that was cause of the heat here (35oC when delivered) though they held up great.

LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOVE COLOURPOP! Just takes a little to long for things to be shipped...

Customer service is nice, just wish it was a bit more prompt with replying. Understanding the policy, orders do take a little bit longer to ship out but nonetheless I was satisfied with my purchase.

Honestly liked the process. My only issue was the order was not processed till 2 or 3 weeks after I ordered it so it ended up not showing up till I was gone on a weeks vacation but was luckily not stolen. I do understand that I did order it around Christmas it was just kinda weird as I was instantly charged but it did not process for shipping for so long.

I love colour pop products. So easy to use, I'm a make-up novice but I can always make a nice look. They are made in USA. I love that! Also, the sales from time to time are great. I wish I could buy all the collections. Only way they could improve is to have a little faster shipping system. But when my package does arrive it is packaged beautifully and I feel so special. Thank-you colour pop! -M. Autio
