I've made many purchases on Colorpop's website over the years and I have to say they have a great customer service. If any item is ever forgotten or broken in one of my purchases, they do not hesitate to send me a shipment. The only challenge is that a lot of their products are not available in stores near me which means that I have to guess at what the colors will look like with my skin and when I get it wrong, I am lest to deal with a product that I don't use. I wish there was a recycling or upcycling program so that no makeup gets wasted.

I love almost all the products I recently purchased. A couple have pigment issues, as they are not as deep/bright on the skin as in the pan. Other than that, everything is great!

The makeup I ordered took a bit longer to get here but it was worth it. The makeup was good quality and in-tact, though the eyelashes I bought didn't specify if they were magnetic or adhesive, which I thought was a bit silly. Aside from that, very very good!

A shadow was broken but all in all good.

Products are decent for the price. Lots of selection. Always bringing out new colabs. Free international shipping helps as I am in canada.

Good experience overall. Made an international order involving a currency exchange from USD to AUD. They had a promotion for a free item with each order. During the checkout phase, I chose my free item. After the order was paid and confirmed, my order summary told me I was charged $2.80 AUD for the free item (before tax). This was disappointing. I emailed customer service immediately and within 3 business days I had $2.80 AUD refunded to me. Problem solved.
