colors of the eyeshadow seem very cheap and spent a lot for the palet

The items and things I ordered are of great quality however it took so long for them to arrive. Please improve your delivery and tracking times.

Experience was just okay. Ordering was a pain. I never got any confirmation of my order or its shipment (and yes, my email was entered correctly and I checked my junk mail). Customer service was slow and inattentive and it took weeks to sort, by which time my order had arrived. I just felt the communication was really poor and the products are a bit underwhelming giving all that headache. I would not order from here again.

I really like Colourpop, but most of the orders I receive have either a broken product, missing product, or the wrong product. I understand that mistakes happen, but almost every order? The products themselves are good. Most of the pan eyeshadow formulas are great, in the past some have had a lot of fallout or little pigmentation, but I haven't noticed that with more recent pallets. The supershock shadows are amazing - if they don't dry up or arrive broken. The highlighters and blushes I also really like, I haven't had a bad experience with any. I have not tried the other face or lip products they offer but I would imagine the experience is the same "mostly good." Colourpop releases collections very frequently, and while most are ok, I feel like the frequency buries other collections too soon. It also gives the impression that collections are rushed with little quality and thought put in to them.

The packaging and theming is obviously a 5/5. I gave this a 3 because the pigment is not there. This is not like other colour pop palletes I have. You have to put a lot of product on for this to show up.

Packaging and variety are very good- there's makeup for every aesthetic, and shopping and receiving packages is a nice experience (comes in a fancy box and nice packaging). SOL products are good but I was very disappointed in the heart package blush formula -extremely dry and colour was not as pictured- so the products are definitely hit or miss

Love the colors but when I received this compact 3 of the shade we’re crumbled to the point of almost gone outside of this loved the product and the lipsticks were perfect shades

Great product but wish there was better shipping options for Canada.
