Unfortunately just after your restock I had placed an order, but something went wrong and my order was immediately cancelled.

I never received my items. I messaged customer service but they said it was out on delivery. I’m really disappointed. I can’t tell you how unhappy I am. I was going to use makeup for my daughter’s wedding too. I still need some assistance on this issue.

Customer service was god awful. I reached out several times about cancelling an order and only received snarky responses if I received any at all. Managed to sell the makeup anyway, but that doesnt excuse their poor customer service.

I ordered some products but the Belgian government seized the products due to being out of regulation. Colourpop refunded me but I still ended up paying over 50 euros in import charges for products I will never recieve and maybe be liable for a fine. So this is just an unfortunate situation wich will make this my last order with colourpop.

Whenever I order there are items missing and customer services does not provide any assistance. Other companies will provide me a discount code or at least give me free shipping for me wanting to just re-order the items they missed. Colourpop does not do any of that and the staff are hard to deal with.
