I haven’t gotten my order yet, at least 6 months have passed and I’ve sent a lot of mails that nobody’s responded and I am just so deeply dissapointed since I’ve always been supportive of the brand

I never received my package!!! Very frustrating

Got rashes on both my eyes from the lashes and pallet. And I’ve used your products for years. This was a bad batch.

I have ordered from Colourpop many times before and love their products. I placed a big order on Christmas for their 30% off sale. I didn't realize I had to enter a code for the discount and realized my error right after I submitted my order. I immediately contacted them and asked to either cancel my order or get credited for the coupon. They emailed the next day saying I could tell them to cancel the order before it ships out and they would. I emailed them back within an hour but they didn't cancel the order and it shipped. They would not help me further and I am paying way more than I intended for these products. I am displeased with their highly consumer adverse policy of not being able to cancel/return/modify an order after it is placed.

Package has not arrived. It has been over a month.

Never thought that online shopping would be taking long time in process I should received my order before Dec. 25th.
