Awesome texture and pigmentation

Shipping timing was pretty good considering it was December, however I'm not giving 5 stars as one of my items arrived damaged. I luckily got a gift code for the equal value of the item so it's not the end of the world but because it was my first ever order, I wasn't entirely impressed.

colourpop is a great brand! they have high quality, cruelty-free products at a cheap price for the people who can’t spend a bunch of money on makeup which is plus for the majority of the public

Love their products, but shipping takes too long.

I found communication once the order was placed lacking. There wasn't a time frame as to when it was to be shipped or that it was on it's way. Usually when I order online I receive a confirmation and regular status updates , I felt I had to go searching for the information, so much so that I contacted the company for a ship date.

Only thing I would like to see improved is shipping times to canada. The products themselves are amazing for the price.
