Lost my package in transit and only had the courtesy to inform me after i emailed them six times. It did not show on the shipping tracking link that they had lost it, so I waited for my palette to arrive for more than a month and a half in vain.

I would never recommend this brand to anyone! I wanted to buy some concealer a day before thanksgiving, i got everything ready to pay for them but noticed it was more of shipping and handling than the price of the concealers so i decided to purchase them on Black Friday to get more good prices so i closed my website page without paying, i canceled and closed the website. A week later a got a package for colourpop, with the concealers and 2 more products! I checked my bank account and saw the charge to my card so i contacted costumer support and explained everything over and over again and they ignored everything!! On top of all this, one product was damaged! I deleted all my information from this brand’s website and i would never buy anything from them. Be careful with your information you put in their system, they can easily stole it and make purchases without your authorization. I’m totally dissatisfied and disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNETHICAL AND SHADY WEBSITE. If your item is missing from your order, you will get a refund via store coupon code that expires within three months, forcing you to reorder and also repay for duties, customs and shipping.
