Really bad customer service. Never send my product I feel like they’re all Uneducated people working there. Send me wrong product after that they took one month to refund my money

Awful! Ordered on Black Friday for the deals but when my order got placed, all the discounts were gone and I was charged full price. There is no phone number to call the company and I had to wait several days to get an email response. I canceled the order and will never order from them again

You were out of stock of everything I wanted to order my daughter for Christmas, except the newly released eyeshadow palette in December.

Missing items I paid for in my order. No response from customer service. Getting ready to contact my bank. Update: was sent missing items. It took about 2 weeks, but I received items no questions asked.

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my order so absolutely hate the service and there isn't any email from the team and I cannot even track my order. Highly unsatisfied

It’s a waste of money

First of, my package was destroyed. I looked like someone had stepped on it and then thrown it around. Second of all, I didn’t even get the product I ordered! The product I got was supposed to go to someone else. I have waited a really long time for this package and I’m really disappointed.
