I love Colourpop shadows. The quality of the shadow and the pigment is there. My issue is with shipping. The last two shipments have had some shadows coming out of their pan; I have to press them back into place to keep them from crumbling. My other issue is the time it takes to ship. I’ve had to wait quite a while for orders, but if you don’t mind those minor things the overall product is worth the wait.

I’m so happy with my purchase from colourpop The package is nice and one single eyeshadow broken inside the palette. The only downside It took ages to receive. More than 35 days from order shipped. And hectic customs though.

I love ordering from Colourpop! Their products are inexpensive but great quality and worth every penny. There's never been a product that I haven't been happy with. When I order from them, my order always comes in tact, carefully packaged so I never have to worry about any damaged products. They always have great deals and great coupons on top their already great prices. My only critique is that I wish there was more information on the shipping process. You really don't hear anything about your package until it ships, and you don't have an estimated ship/arrival date, until your package reaches the carrier, which can be a little annoying. I would love to see a more detailed processing, shipping, and packaging detail from Colourpop. Other than that everything is perfect!

I love that everything is so affordable and the products all deliver as far as performance (my only exception being the mascara), but the packaging starts to fade super quick and that’s why I give 4 stars.

shipping took some time for my 1st purchase, the palette is very pretty blends well, shimmers are kinda dry and glitter ends up all inder my eyes and face from fallout even if the wet the brush or tap off excess but other than that i love it
