I didn’t get the products! Long time no massage or anything to know what happened! Now they say I can’t get my products because of you!!! I hate that and I will never never never bay from you again!!!!!!

Horrible service. I've been a Colourpop customer for years & even written a few good reviews, but I'm done with them now. Ordered several items as Christmas gifts for my twin niece's the last week of November. They didn't arrive until after New Year's. I understand there is Covid, but DHL explained it was Colourpop that dragged their feet when they needed direction on the package, so it sat in a warehouse for 4 weeks. I ordered items from the US, Australia, and the UK and with far less time to ship. They all got here within days. Pitiful, and it ruined my surprise for them in a year when we couldn't be together in person. Never again.

Still did not get my order and it has been more than 21 business days since it was sent. There is only email contact to them and they don't answer that quick. I will see what happen with my request and the maybe change mu opinion.

Product gave me a horrible reaction and I was given no customer service.

I never received the package and the transporter is stil unjoined... I'm verry disapointed

It should be no surprise that I’m giving you this review. I’ve heard hundreds of other customers complain about shipping and delivery. I am also one of those customers. You took three weeks to even ship my order, which was AFTER I emailed customer support multiple times. And then, conveniently, an hour after one of your reps got back to me, my package shipped. It arrived weeks later missing items, which then took your reps more weeks to get back to me about. When I opened my gel eyeliner kit, almost all of them had tips which broke off, leaving them close to useless. I feel I should have been refunded or given some kind of coupon for the harrowing mess that is your company, but it doesn’t matter because you would never do that and I won’t be shopping there anymore.
