I love love the liquid lipsticks I bought from them! I give 4 starts because the set of lashes I bought came apart when I took them off. But besides that. I Love colourpop and hope to be buyin from them again soon!

One of the shadows in the Elsa palette arrived shattered! Moreover, the shadows have a strong chemical scent! I wrote to Colourpop however they didn't comment!

The product is great, however when I signed up I was given a 10% off discount code on first order. When I entered the code it came up as code not valid. I emailed customer service and was given a song and dance about how to enter it which I was doing the exact way. Then Amia J said this excluded products will not receive the promotional discount, nor will they count towards the minimum required order subtotal. Exclusions include but are not limited to: newly launched collections, babies on last call, Disney, and select palettes/kits/sets/collaborations. Please make sure your cart includes the minimum value of eligible babies for your gift code to apply! Nothing was ever said about eligible items.

Colors are great. Just took some time for shipment. probably due to the Christmas season.

Overall product performance was very good, but there are some inconsistencies in formulas between shades in eye shadow palette.
