Terrible customer service, terrible company, I will never shop here again. My package was lost somewhere. This company claimed it was delivered. My security cameras didn’t show any delivery happening. Tried to get in touch with customer service many times. It would take a week for someone to respond and their responses were never helpful, so I asked for a refund which they never addressed. They did tell me file a USPS claim, and what was frustrating was the tracking number Colourpop gave me would show as “invalid” when I attempted to file a claim. Worst experience ever.

I received broken product in the mail. When I wrote in to let company know, providing pictures and all, they never responded. Waste of my time and money! I will not be ordering from them again.

It's been a month and a half since I ordered and my package never arrived, no response or help from customer service. The courier they use is also very difficult to contact, I've been notified that my package is being sent back to the warehouse with no explanation and nothing I can do to get it here. Please respond to your customer's emails, I know Christmas is a busy time and of course the virus has slowed everything down too, but it would be nice to have some sort of communication after spending so much money on your site. While this is the only bad experience I've ever had with Colourpop, it has been such a horrible one. I will not be shopping here again.
