Forgot 1 of 2 palettes ordered

Lipsticks did not meet my expectations. I have owned colourpop lipsticks before and they were acceptable. Unfortunately, the ones I received have no pigment and require multiple layers to even appear the color they’re supposed to be. On top of that they dry and crack. I bought 8 lipsticks and 6 of them were like this. Very disappointed and will not buy from this company again.

Package got lost and they told me 8f they send me a new one and they loose it again its tough luck, got my refund back quick tho but sad I really wanted to try the brand just get better international shipping please

Terrible customer service. I ended up canceling my order, not shopping here again.

I never received my order and my credit card was charged. I sent an inquiry and they asked me to send them a different delivery address and I don’t have one.

I did not receive any help. I placed my order in November and it’s ridiculous that I haven’t received it yet.

Ordered “You’re so Vine” bundle when it was first released. The bundle includes eyeliner and the eyeshadow palette, however I only received eyeliner. It has been around a month and they haven’t sent me a replacement, or given me a refund. Now the palette is out of stock and I worry I won’t receive it.
