The eyeshadow cream is tacky, the color with low pigmentation. Won’t be buying again.

It has been over one month since i have placed my orders. I have not received any of my package. Order Confirmation #17704566 Order Confirmation #17943386 Your customer support service is also not at all helpful. They send this predesigned email template without looking into my problem.

Poor feedback
Can't fault the products, only problem is we ordered in November for Christmas presents, sadly they didn't turn up until after Christmas!! Pandemic doesn't help I guess but unless I chased I had no feedback, hence the low score.
