I love this products, I think the quality is Great and the prices are even better but takes a while to shipping the products and the last order I made I received an Item without the product, just the packaging. Since there's no shipping for my country (Guatemala) I have to buy this products via cargo. I have to pay extra so I can have the products in my country wich I'm fine with it but in this case I'm paying extra for a product I didn't even receive. I hope they can give me a soluction to this problem so I can give a better review, meanwhile I'm not very happy with it.

You're products are good but you're customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.

Mi pedido nunca llego y cuando escribí a servicio al cliente me comentaron que me podían enviar de nuevo mis productos pero solo por una vez o si quería el reembolso. La verdad no me parece justo que si el paquete lo perdió la paqueteria me impongan la condición de: o te damos el dinero o te enviamos de nuevo los productos pero si no llegan otra vez pues ya pierdes el dinero y los productos.

I really love this brand. I have never experienced an issue with any order. This order was missing an item. First, there was an error on the site when trying to contact customer support. It happens, I get it. But then, instead of forwarding me the item (which was in stock), your support stated that they would “credit” my “account”. Which account? No refund on my Visa and no credit on my customer account. So you just tell fibs and keep my money? That’s cool. Because it’s the last of it you’ll be getting.

My order took a month to arrive, which was sort of expected since it was an international order. One of the blushes I received had a big swipe mark on it, which I notified customer service. They told me it came from manufacturing but I was not convinced. Still took a lot of work to get a refund on that product. Overall happy with the other products and the quality.

I am disappointed regarding the quality of eye shadows it doesn't blend easily on my mature eyes a lot of fallout happened. The stick eye shadows I am surprised how little they are and they are dry and doesn't blend easily hard to work with. The highlighter disappear on my skin it is like I wear nothing no pay off the setting powder it is quite good. The two kind of lipsticks I've ordered are wonderful like them a lot color pigment feeling pay off. Hope it would help Best regards

I purchased the classic matte lipstick Limbo and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The color was actually not as dark as it once was - like when Coloupop first introduced the color. It was such a nice dark chocolate shade…perfect! Now…while it is definitely a brown shade, I’d describe it as more a milk or light brown, definitely NOT dark brown. Matte formula was the same, so at least that was a plus. If you’re a true fan of the original Limbo…this isn’t it!

Shipping takes too long. You would think living 2 hours away from the warehouse you’d receive your package within a week. I can’t rate the products because I didn’t get to use them for the event I wanted to but I’m sure they’re stunning!
