Products are good quality but I was shipped the wrong item and they wouldn’t resend the proper item they just gave me a discount code and made me pay for shipping again which sucked because that was extra money I couldn’t really afford but I had to to get my wife her birthday presents

There is just not much pigment at all. Very underwhelming. Tried every method of application, looked up YouTube videos. Best vid I tried was smithas and I think the best method was patting it on the lid with a bare finger without setting the primer. I like my shimmers to have impact, these are not that.

I ordered the plumping lip gloss in princess cut and I never received it. I had no way of accessing customer service because I couldn’t log onto my account. My email and password were the same and yet I had no way of login into my account. Anyways, I love colourpop products but I hate their website.

My order was messed up yet again by this company. I waited a long time for them to bring back limbo lipstick I ordered 3 and only 2 were limbo color. The last one was not the color I asked for and had the wrong label on it. This company is getting lazy.

I bought cherry cola eyeshadow glitter body oil digital playground eye shadow and some other eyeshadow and lip scrub and peach blush in early February and I just got my package and the digital playground eyeshadow and the cherry cola eyeshadow pallet and the blush was all missing very disappointed with there services
