se perdio la informacion de seguimiento hace mas de un mes, el dia 30/11 y el pedido no ha llegado a mi domicilio, una tremenda decepcion.

I received one item broken. So I sent an email about it, but I didn't get an answer!!!

I ordered two eyeshadow palettes as a Christmas gift. They were both broken and they refused to replace them. I sent pictures of both and they still wouldn’t do anything to help.

Purchased the eyeshadow set. It came with like 6 little eyeshadow pallets. The colors are great but the fallout is HORRIBLE! Most of the eyeshadow tins came out so easily and broke. I’m very upset I spent money on this

My package did not arrive and while I've sent an email to Colourpop about it (over a month and a half later) I've still had no response. In fact, I've had faster responses from the shipping company, who have told me the package was being returned for delivery. Very disappointed in the customer service - no response, no re-delivery, no refund whatsoever.

I have been emailing regarding an order I never received no one has gotten back to me I sent two separate emails it’s been about a week and no one has reached out to me. If I don’t get an answer I will have to file a chargeback

Still waiting on my package from the beginning of November....
