I never receive my order

I never received the product. terrible customer service. I do not recommend the brand

Ordered Dec.04 2020 have not received it yet

I ordered a Christmas present and it has still not arrived. Just a few days earlier I ordered something else and it did. They chose to send the missing package by DHL/USPS and it's lost. I have written them two emails and have had no response. I spent a lot of money on the items which are still stuck in limbo and a nonresponsive company is not good. Until they rectify my issue this is my opinion.

Order some gifts for Christmas half of it was missing from the box. I contact the company their response was we need the number off the return box . Didn’t make sense. Will never order from this company again.

never got my products, even when the company reshipped them, so I’m out the money AND no product to show for it. first time customer, and the last time.

I didn’t receive one item, and now they sent me a coupon code which means I have to pay for shipping AND the item is no longer at the same price as before :(

Placed an order on Nov 30th, still haven’t received it yet. No shipping confirmation email. I contacted customer service twice, no response. What. The. Hell. Is. Going?
