Never arrived. Been more than a month now. Paid for taxes for it as well. Everything paid for. Shipping and fees. No reason for it to disappear

I ordered almost 2 months ago, yet didn't receive my package. I tried contact DHL but got only auto reply so I reached Colourpop but they didn't reply after 2 days. Feels like a scam.

The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible , they don’t have any phone that you can actually call and talk to a real person and when you email it takes them days to respond and by the time they respond they can’t help apparently and they direct you to other sites that say they can’t help too!!

They messed up on my order that I…
They messed up on my order that I needed for Christmas, I was missing eyeshadows. Not only did they give me the hardest time about getting the eyeshadows I didnt get it until after Christmas. I asked for a refund instead of the product but they wouldnt give me one. It wasn't even shipped yet
