Great products and fast shipping

The products are high quality and cheap, my only complaint would be that it seems like products come and go do often. If you find an oil you like or something, don't count on there being one top buy when you run out.

Work harder on the matte lipsticks. They feel chalky and dry on the lips.

Colourpop should check the items before mailing out. I bought Cinderella set that comes with highlighter & lip gloss along with some other items. However, the highlighter I received only has the mirror but without the highlighter powder. The rest of the items I bought was beautiful and great so I will still continue purchase from them. Just minus 1 star because I rather they refund me back the money for the missing item rather than a discount voucher that expires in 3 months.

Habe Neujahr bestellt und drei Wochen später meine Bestellung in der Hand gehalten. Sie war sicher verpackt, sodass keiner der SSS oder die Paletten beschädigt wurden. Der Bestellbetrag war außen korrekt angegeben. Die Waren (Coconut Palette/ Peach Palette/SSS) haben eine schöne Qualität, gute Farbabgabe und Haltbarkeit auf dem Lid. Die Bestellung wurde innerhalb von 24h versandt und war nach einer Woche in Deutschland. Sie schien dann 14 Tage beim Zoll zu verweilen laut Trackingnummer. Ich bekam das Paket per DHL und ein Nachbar nahm es an. Zwar war ein Schreiben befestigt, dass Gebühren anfallen würden, aber diese wurden nicht eingezogen vom Paketboten. Ich hatte also keine Probleme mit dem Zoll wie einige andere Besteller, auch wenn ich sie befürchtet hatte! Bestellt wurde nach Dresden. Das ist vielleicht für andere Besteller interessant zu wissen, da ja anscheinend jede Zollstelle ihr eigenes Ding macht mit Colourpop Bestellungen.

Nice pallet but a little muddy

Great product.

I absolutely love colourpop. however i can't give them 5 stars because they do not offer returns. originally they claimed since theyre prices are low they cannot do returns, however prices on their palettes have been steadily increasing (yes please palette launched at $12 when i checked yesterday the palette was now $18). somcw they keep increasing prices they should now offer returns.
