No respondieron nunca mi consulta, mi paquete lleva semanas en aduanas y nadie responde

Placed an order over almost two months ago and still haven’t received it. Both Colourpop and their courier acknowledge that they didn’t deliver my order yet seem to be in no hurry to remedy the problem. I’ve contacted them through email, Twitter and Facebook to see if I can get a resolution and either didn’t receive a response or got a canned ‘Hi love, please the patient’ reply. At this point I would have been better off walking from the East coast to their warehouse in California and I doubt I will see my money again. I would not recommend them.

Never recive the product and they didn’t help neither return the money. Not please at all.

The items and prices are extremely good but their customer service sucks. I ordered some items on Nov 30 and today Jan 14 I am yet to receive them. The customer service is unhelpful and they just want to shrug off their responsibilities by saying contact the courier service yourself. I don’t even have any contact numbers, no expected delivery date and I don’t know if I will even receive my items. I can never imagine such bad service from a company of such stature as Colourpop.

I'm still waiting on a package that I ordered in the beginning of December. I didn't even receive any sort of tracking number to check it's delivery status.

I opened my pallet and 2 if my eyeshadows fell out!
