I just got my order today which is missing two lip vaults,a super shock shadow vault, dream big palette vault, the liquid liner vault, and 5 other palettes. Everything that was on page 2 of 2 was missing! I'm so sad this is my first colourpop order and I've been so excited to get it! I just hope that they make it right

I was so excited for the limited edition Salior Moon eye shadow palette. However, the packaging of my eyeshadow pallet came damaged. I contacted customer service to see if they would send me another palette since mine was damaged, and they said "no" because the actual product wasn't damaged. I would sort of understand that reasoning normally, but the limited edition Sailor Moon packaging is half the reason someone would buy this collection!! THEN, I used the palette, and half of my eyeball turned BRIGHT RED and it was literally terrifying. I washed off the product immediately. I was terrified there was permanent damage to my eye. I did some research online and found that colourpop includes shadows in it's palettes that aren't "eye-safe". I looked on the palette itself, and yep, one of the colors I used wasn't eye-safe, but the warning about this was in THE TINIEST FINE PRINT IMAGINABLE. It was SO hard to find the warning about not using these eye shadows on your eyes, it feels intentionally deceptive on the part of the company. I am so disappointed so many influencers support this awful company. You have been warned! Do no buy from colourpop unless you want damaged products and damaged eyes.
