Great products, took forever to get my order.

Is okay but some time the quality is not same

No returns allowed, which is understandable but I think could’ve been made more clear.

The products were amazing, i just had a little trouble with the company that had to deliver my package in Mexico!

I love the Colourpop lip products and liquid eyeliner. However, after purchasing three shadow palettes, I can say the metallics are incredible, but I don't get the same amazing pigmentation from the mattes as others seem to, and the glitters are messy and hard to work with. Still, very good quality for the price point. Will continue to buy, especially with the frequent specials and new products.

Decent customer service, great quality items and good prices. Two of my ordered products were sadly damaged due to transportation issues and I would've preferred to get the products resend since I got them in a sale and hence the money I got back wasn't enough to buy them again. But the customer service responded quick and was very helpful

The products are good, but I wish that the lip products were more true to color, I’ve bought multiple products that have appeared much more vibrant than the look online. It’s hard to tell what will look good on my skin color. Also, the individual eyeshadows are hit or miss. I have the most luck with light colored metallics, but the darker matte colors can be patchy and hard to blend. I don’t like any of their face products that I have tried. It’s the same problem. It’s hard to tell what shades look like in person. The quality depends on the product.

I really love the brand, but the internacional shipping is expensive:(
