It’s been around 2months now n haven’t received my order yet, completely disappointed!! N I feel cheated

I am very frustrated and unhappy with my order since I waited so long to receive it and it was a gift. I got fully charged for all the items I purchased and only two of items came in.

I ordered some items for my daughter for her birthday. I received a package but it had someone else's order and paperwork in it. In order to resolve these issues I contacted Colour Pop through their website contact form (the only method) and I have had no response. Things go wrong but ignoring customers is very poor customer service and I would expect more from Colour Pop. I have goods I did not order, my order is outstanding, I have another customer's details and my own personal data has been sent to someone else. A terrible breach of personal data and very bad customer service.

It’s been more than 1.5 months and I still don’t have any information regarding where my order is

Product arrived broken

I was gifted The Child palate by ColourPop Cosmetics for Christmas and it came SEVERELY damaged. I emailed ColourPop asking to please help me exchange it for another one that wasn't damaged and was told I couldn't simply because I didn't have the order number. I explained it was a gift and was told "too bad" (in more flowery words). This was my first experience with any of these products and with their customer service and I am extremely disappointed! This company does not stand by their products. I will NEVER order from them personally and I do not recommend them!
