Every time I order something, especially a new release/PR box, it takes months to ship. Maybe if you’re an influencer you’ll get fast shipping.

Took forever to ship, and the price for the quality of the items isn’t what I would expect

It tooks two months to arrive I kept asking u for updates but u didn’t answer.. the serums have been exposed to the sunlight and high temperatures it’s hard to order again 💔

Will not shop here again The product quality and shipping speed are the only reason this is not a 1 star review. They offered me a coupon code after they failed to pack and ship my product. I understand that mistakes happen but I feel like I'm being scammed into spending more money when all I want is the product I originally ordered. With 3/4 product still available on the site. >:(. I live in Canada so paying the duties and taxes alone is half the amount of the "coupon". Making me pay for your mistake is not great.

When I received my package both of my highlighters were cracked. I was so excited when I received them, but when I looked at them I was disappointed. The product itself is really good. It just came cracked and I had to press my finger on the product so it could merge together.

Very inaccurate photos online of the colors. Their return policy is garbage. They are just too cheap to hold themselves accountable. I also left a three star review of the lipstick I bought. It conveniently has never made it to the website. Making me think they hide bad reviews.

As much as i love the eyeshadow palette, i used the eyeliner for the first time today and it broke the tip off twice
