The lip color I received is not the color I ordered. Unfortunately there are no returns.

The pumps didn’t work for the products I ordered.

Mascaras have no pigment at all. Total waste of money!

Worst makeup company! I purchased from them for the first and last time. The products were opened after shipping, probably at customs. The package containing the products were open on one end, and re taped. It was obvious that someone went through them. The products all were leaking, or had no plastic cover protecting the makeup from moving during transit. When opening the products you can tell they were previously opened. So for sanitary and safety reasons I threw all the products out. When I emailed colourpop, they dismissed it as “product moving during transit”! I explained that it was obvious the products were open, they did not care much and had their own explanation for the issues. Never will I be purchasing from them again. I didn’t even get my whole purchase refund or products re shipped to me. Horrible customer service.
