I bought a blush weeks before Christmas to have on Christmas day. I open the package on Christmas Day and the whole make up pan was missing. Contacted customer service, who were not apologetic enough, who sent me out a replacement and the replacement was dirty and scuffed! Contacted customer service again and was told it’s fine, it’s the box that’s scuffed. No it’s not fine. My product should be perfect. You sent me two faulty products for one single blush purchase. Customer service was not apologetic enough. They did not offer rush shipping or even a free sample for my bad experience. I was a first time customer, and I won’t be back.

I love the color "beeper". I have bought lots. Those who know that shade know that it is always out of stock. Unfortunately in my last order I bought 3 lipsticks, two lip liners and a primer. super disappointed with the lip liners. the tone is correct I tried it on, it looked fantastic but once the tip that the lip liner comes with is finished there is NOTHING below. no more lip liner. I couldn't believe it so I grabbed a pair of scissors and effectively emptied. both happened the same. you are paying for only the amount of lip liner with which they form the tip. unacceptable. I better keep buying my lipstick and with a good lip brush I use it as lip liner. I'm not complaining about the lipstick. I will continue using it while I can but the lip liner I give it zero stars. I wrote to customer service and they answered but they wanted photos that I didn't even think of taking. I don't want to harm my favorite lip brand in any way. I only write the truth of what happened to me

I never got my package or a refund. I emailed colourpop and they still haven't gotten back to me about the issue. I ordered in November and now its January. Worst customer service ever.

Horrible customer service. Multiple messages and broken items. Never gets resolved just a lot of back and forth trying to avoid their issues. Cosmetologist who won’t be purchasing anything from Colourpop ever again. Will be telling my clients as well.

I havnt got my order after like 60 dayys

I have been waiting for my order for two, almost three months (placed on the 28th of November 2020 & shipped on the 8th of December 2020). Customer service hasn't been responsive. I am very disappointed and will not be placing any new orders anytime soon.

Horrible! I ordered around December 3 and never received the order, they sent out another order and didn't receive that! DHL IS THE WORST! Will never again order online from them.
