I ordered three items from the Anna / Frozen collection. Instead of getting the lip gloss I ordered, I got a random one instead. I took a photo of my packing slip, that was accurate, and the inaccurate lip gloss and sent the image to the company. They said they would send me the right thing and I got it in the mail much quicker than I expected. I also didn’t have to send back the wrong lip gloss I was given originally. While I would have liked to have gotten the right three products the first time, I was happy with the customer service I received.

Being honest here I thought that everything worked perfectly! Only two things bothered me which was one of the pans for the pallet I bought wasn’t glued down properly however it wasn’t broken. All the shades where pigmented, soft, and easy to apply. And second the concealer I bought was slightly darker but hey the formula was amazing for the price and coverage, but that’s what happens when you buy online than in store since you can’t test it out. Overall, this is a great site to go to for people who is starting makeup or already enjoys make up. Although it’s though to make your skin tone to the shades there is a chart that helps you pick out your shade. The only think that I think the company needs to watch out is seeing that’s all the pans for the shadows are glued down properly. I also really liked how they packaged the items when they where shipped so they would break.

Everything arrived neatly packaged and in good condition. It did take a very long time to ship, though, with a week between my purchase and shipping. Otherwise, everything about this purchase was fantastic, and I will be shopping again!

I like all the products and have tried most of them. I understand, as you state on your disclaimer, that your products are cheap but I would like a bit more leeway with cancellations and adjustments. Right now, if you do not notice an error on your order, or forget a code, or other stuff, you are SOL because there are no changes or cancellations.

I like everything about your website and online ordering EXCEPT the high shipping cost. If you only want one or two things, I don't want to have to pay an additional $6 to ship it to me. Thats the cost of another lipstick! I get that it's a blanket cost, but it's high for small orders.
